Returns & Exchanges

  • For change :
  1. Please enter your order number and e-mail address (your order number is on the invoice, you must enter the number after "-") and go to the next page by clicking Find Order .
  2. When your order details are listed, click Create Request and go to the next page.
  3. Select the product or products you want to change and the reason, then select the Change option and complete the process by selecting Send Request at the bottom of the page. If there is a defect in the product or products, please take a picture and send it by adding it to the add picture section.
  4. You can add a note about the product you want to change or a link to the product(s) on our website in the notes section.

  • For returns :
  1. Please enter your Order Number and e-mail address (your order number is on the invoice, you must enter the number after "-") and go to the next page by clicking Find Order .
  2. When your order details are listed, click Create Request and go to the next page.
  3. After selecting the product or products you want to return and the reason, select the Refund option and complete the process by selecting Send Request at the bottom of the page.
